Plain-language beta terms for Restaurant Support
These terms explain the current beta position of Restaurant Support in simple language. They may be updated as the service grows and should receive final legal review.
Beta terms note
This page is meant to be clear and useful for first public review. It is not a final lawyer-reviewed contract yet.
Restaurant Support is currently offered as a beta service. Features, flows, and availability may change as the product improves.
Restaurant Support does not guarantee jobs for candidates and does not guarantee staff placements for managers. Recruitment support depends on real availability, candidate consent, timing, and fit.
Candidates and managers should provide accurate and truthful information. Restaurant Support may limit or remove access if information appears misleading, unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent.
Candidates never need to pay Restaurant Support or random personal accounts for job access. If someone asks for payment through an unofficial link or personal account, treat it as suspicious.
Managers must use candidate information responsibly. Candidate profiles, CVs, and contact details should not be misused, shared casually, or stored outside the hiring process without a legitimate reason.
Website chat sessions and website drafts are part of the current beta. Restaurant Support may change the flow, draft model, and follow-up process as the beta improves.
Managers do not pay during the current beta, and candidates never pay for job access. Stripe or future billing terms may be added later, but there is no payment flow in the current website-native recruitment chat.
Restaurant Support may suspend, change, or remove features during the beta. This includes website flows and future marketing, roster, ordering, account, dashboard, app, or payment tools.
For questions, support, or removal requests, contact team@restaurantsupport.com.au.
This beta terms page should still receive final legal review before broad public promotion.
