Checkout acceptance wording
I have read and agree to the Marketing Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy. I understand this is a recurring monthly subscription, that prices are shown excluding GST unless stated otherwise, and that no ranking, traffic, revenue, booking, or review-rating result is guaranteed.
These terms include the supplied business details, but public live payments are still blocked until the following items are resolved:

These Marketing Subscription Terms apply when you buy a Restaurant Support marketing subscription or marketing add-on through the Restaurant Support website.
Restaurant Support is operated by Florent Lothrait as a sole trader. ABN to be confirmed. Service address: 33 Coleman Street, Moonah TAS 7009, Australia. The legal name spelling and ABN must be confirmed before public live payments are enabled.
Restaurant Support provides practical online visibility and marketing support for hospitality businesses. Services may include Google Business Profile support, review reply support, local SEO, directory/listing support, backlink opportunity work, website SEO updates, content support, paid ads management, OTA audits if selected, and visibility reports.
We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic number, review rating, revenue, booking volume, or advertising result. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine updates, customer behaviour, website condition, ad spend, and access provided by the business.
To provide the service, you may need to give Restaurant Support access to your Google Business Profile, website/CMS, domain or DNS records where needed, Meta/Facebook/Instagram assets, Google Ads account, email marketing tools, booking or menu links, directories, or OTA listings.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise Restaurant Support and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable add-ons.
Prices are shown excluding GST unless stated otherwise. GST and the total payable must be shown before payment.
No long-term lock-in. Each subscription is month-to-month. The first month is payable at signup.
You may cancel a monthly subscription from your account, through the billing portal if available, or by contacting Restaurant Support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not intentionally make cancellation harder than signup.
Because marketing work may begin soon after purchase, refunds are not automatic for work already performed. If there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or we have not provided a service you paid for, contact us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we cannot perform the service because required access or information has not been provided, we will contact you. Some work may be delayed until access is provided.
Paid ads management fees do not include advertising spend unless clearly stated. Advertising spend may be paid directly by you to the advertising platform or billed separately.
We may prepare suggested wording, replies, posts, website updates, or ads. Sensitive reviews, posts, pages, ads, or website updates may require business owner approval before publication.
Your account may show subscription status, invoice or payment history, accepted terms version, selected plan, audit/report context, marketing work history, onboarding items, and access requirements. We keep records of your subscription and accepted terms for administration, support, and dispute resolution.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use contact details to provide the service, support customers, process payments, and manage subscriptions.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor. Payment details are handled by the payment processor and are subject to their terms and privacy practices. Restaurant Support does not store raw card details.
Subject to rights that cannot be excluded under law, Restaurant Support is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version accepted at checkout is recorded. Material changes to active subscriptions will be communicated where required.
